They encouraged me to apply, so I did. I was interviewed by manager and CEO and director. I had worked there in a previous role so awhile, so they had a good sense of my abilities already. Offer was received very quickly. and I accepted right away.

A few steps, but nothing outrageous. There was an online application, a phone screen, and then a face to face with the hiring manager. There was a couple days between the screen and 1st interview.
