There were a few steps involved, starting with a short introduction call or email exchange to align expectations and see if it was a mutual fit. The actual interview felt natural and engaging. The questions were thoughtful, and it allowed me to really express myself and showcase my experience and unique perspective.
simple, met 2 x managers who asked me the standard questions about why i wanted to work there and how much i knew about beauty, healthcare, personal care and suncare products and fragrances. good experience overally.
