I had an initial phone screening, which went fine, but after that they ghosted me completely and wouldn't respond to follow-up emails asking for updates or a rejection. Really frustrating, but common these days.

Interview
The hiring process consists of two rounds of interviews, a phone interview and an in person interview. If they introduce you to other staff members at the end of the interview, that probably means you are getting an offer. The questions are pretty open ended, be prepared to talk about salary during the interview.
