Unprofessional and ridiculous. Consisted of text messages and a one way recorded video interview. Olga, the owner, has zero interest in having an actual phone call or face to face interview with candidates she intends to hire and send to her clients homes to care for their 4 legged family members. I can’t imagine working with her much less trusting her ability to hire competent, trustworthy pet sitters.
