I recently completed a series of interviews with Press Ganey, and I wanted to share a bit about the experience. The process began with an initial conversation with an HR Specialist, who was supportive and communicative throughout. She consistently kept me updated and made the experience feel organized and respectful. Following the HR interview, I went through three rounds with the operations team. I didn’t receive any feedback after the first two interviews, so there was a period of uncertainty. However, I was later invited to a third interview, which helped move things forward. Altogether, the process took nearly two months—and while it was a long journey, I would say it was worth the wait. Every interaction gave me deeper insight into the company, and I appreciated the professionalism and structure of the overall experience.
