Position was minimum wage and CEO reached out to me for an interview. This was after I was ghosted on multiple requests for updates about the applications as I had received an offer for another position. As we were supposed to have the interview, he contacted me about how he would be running late but did not give be an estimate on how long. When we finally started the interview, he asked some basic questions and from the start seemed uninterested and bored. For one of the questions, he wanted me to describe the company, but I had not got all the details correct which I admit was my fault. After this he commented how I had wasted both of our times even though he arrived late and also mentioned how I missed this opportunity to speak and interview directly with the CEO. Very unprofessional and he thinks very highly of himself.
