Then all goes well you will go to the office for a 1:1 with your future RSM

Phone call with a description of the role and then afterwards the offer to go through to interview again. The role didn't suit so I declined to proceed any further

Interview
So unprofessional, did not want to know anything about my background or experience. Interview was supposed to last 30 mins and it lasted only 9 minutes. I met the person for the interview after waiting 30 mins at reception. After 4 weeks I rang to HR for feedback and she sent me a refusal email next morning.
