one on one with owner's representative. 1 meeting. Seemed like good folks, informal outfit. They focused on my ability to do the paperwork side of the business as it sounded like the previous guy didn't understand the importance of it. It's a younger business trying to figure out the processes and balances between the office and shop as it grows.
