Friendly and casual atmosphere. Was interviewed by Office Manager and Service/Operations Manager in local office. Another candidate was selected simply because she had more customer service experience than me, BUT it turned out that soon after, they found her unacceptable and called and offered me the job which I accepted. They were ultimately very pleased with me.
