This is a startup company that interviews like a big tech company. Interviews are conducted by their staff, seemingly based on availability. Consists of screening, 3 technical rounds, then 2 more behavioral rounds. Entry level/new grad students will need to exceed expectations. Although they interviewed me as a new grad, it is clear they are looking for someone who has the experience of a seasoned professional. The team and culture seems like an amazing work environment to be in, I had pleasant interactions with most staff members. TLDR; entry level folks, be prepared for some tough interviews, but good luck!
