I applied 5 times before getting an interview which took 10mos total. You have to apply at the right time in order to get called for an interview. The interview for me was they took two people back at a time asked you to read a script if you could read clear you were hired

The process is simple with the interview taking about 5 min. If you show up you are hired. Very basic question were asked that showed they were not interested in quality employees but a quantity.
