Initially interviewed with Talent Acquisition person which was mostly a run down of job. Then had 3 more interviews, by the last one I wasn't even "interviewed" I was just told I could ask any questions I had "off the record" because this individual wouldn't be on my team - was super unprofessional. Was given positive feedback and told I just had to meet with the VP of the team as a final step. Again, this call was just me asking them questions, they didn't ask anything about me. Then the Talent Acquisition person got back to me and said they would love to move forward with an offer and would send me an official offer letter in 2 days. They never sent anything and I received a call after a week of waiting, basically saying they weren't looking to fill this position anymore and basically rescinded my verbal offer. Come to find out they reposted this exact job a few weeks later and are now actively interviewing candidates for this exact role/team I interviewed for. This company is EXTREMELY unprofessional and I genuinely cannot believe how much of my time they wasted as this interview process took about two months. Definitely dodged a bullet.
