Questions were not asked properly, seemed to question my previous company more than wanting to know my skill set. Interviewers barely smiled or asked about my work experience in detail. I worked very hard to do the writing sample, and in sufficient feedback was provided
I did a writing assignment that took 2 days. Roughly something related to the position regarding medical knowledge and explanation skills. It took 2 weeks to get back to me.
Very casual process. I just had to describe my previous work history and why I think I would be a good fit. No real difficult questions or any thing specific to the job.
