I was contacted by their Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) about an opening that they had in the plumbing department. I was already employed and they contacted me through LinkedIn. I wasn't really looking for a new job, but I thought it couldn't hurt to learn about their company. I spoke to the TAM on the phone and an interview was set up. It took about two weeks for the interview to take place. I took a half day off work and went in for an afternoon interview, where I was questioned by the heads of the mechanical and plumbing department as well as another plumbing engineer. The questions were mostly of the technical variety with some general questions about my current employment and salary requirements. The interview seemed to go well, and I gave the TAM a follow up call, that he requested. When I called, he didn't know who I was at first and I was told that they interviewers thought that I might be too experienced for the position, but that he would call me back in a day or two to let me know either way. I never received a call back.
