Praytell Strategy interview questions

I interviewed with two senior managers on the team, and one of them arrived rather late to the call and had not read my resume. Also, while to be fair it could have had absolutely nothing to do with me, it was very clear that they were texting each other while interviewing me and one of the women was giggling about a text she received from the other. I have 10 years experience in this industry, and spent a considerable amount of time researching the company and the individuals interviewing me. I found the experience unpleasant and unprofessional, interviewing is hard enough.
