The interview process at Praxent was very unique and refreshing compared to most companies I have interviewed with. The first stage involved a self-recorded interview with an AI interviewer named Alex. What stood out most was how interactive and responsive the experience felt — it felt much more like having a real conversation than simply answering pre-set questions. The technology was impressive and made the process feel modern and engaging. The next stage was a traditional 1-on-1 interview with a member of the team. We walked through my resume, discussed real-life professional experiences, challenges I’ve faced, and key accomplishments throughout my career. The conversation felt very natural and organic, rather than overly formal or high-pressure. It genuinely felt like they wanted to understand me as a person and professional, not just evaluate rehearsed answers. Overall, the process was straightforward, comfortable, and easy to navigate. After speaking with the team and doing additional research on the company, I quickly felt confident that Praxent was a place where I wanted to grow my career.
