I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pratt & Whitney (Columbus, GA) in Mar 2016
Interview
I applied online and spoke about two weeks later with the Hiring Manager for this position. After going through my background and experience, I was invited for an interview at the company.
The actual interview process was a Superday where a number of candidates for different positions were invited to the company. The day stared with a tour of the manufacturing facilities and a presentation about the company. This was followed by the actual interviews different hiring managers throughout the company. The process did feel slightly hurried with the HR representatives hurrying to move different candidates between different locations.
Overall, the interview process was fast and straightforward and very well organized. s

I had a brief phone interview with a recruiter. Mostly standard issue interview questions. It was tough to get a feel for the company beyond a pretty standard bureaucratic tone.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Pratt & Whitney (Florida Ridge, FL) in Mar 2023
Interview
It was pretty average in terms of a routine mechanical engineering question. it started with a greeting then we went a little bit into experince and the went directly to talk about the position and what i would be doing if i was accepted/.
