      Nov 19, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Hartford, CT
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pratt (Hartford, CT) in Jan 2011

      Interview

I net with a manager and Chief technical expert in a small conference room. They went through my aspirations and abilities. They also wanted to know about my background and technical abilities. Computer and analysis experience was a must. The Manager was very smart and inspirational, a good leader. He wanted me to understand that he had his employees backs. A minimum 3.0 GPA was required for the job. My military experience was a plus, but not a must.
