thorough, with a 30-45 minute written test including a case study, a presentation, personality questions, career motivations, past achievements and types of skills possessed. there was a one-one interview later with a senior team member. the director was asked if she wanted to interview me as well, but she didn't see the meed for it

Interview
It was pre covid. That time they had tele interview, personal interview, written test and another personal interview. All through the process, HR was very friendly asking and guiding us. Overall a very good learning process

Four storey interview as a showcase process but targetted ones are the unemployed which can be exploited later after hiring, it doesn't matter what is your expertese, they can put you anywhere regardless the field and force you to sign terms of their own profit like anytime travel to anywhere, no holidays, no leaves without approval (It includes emergency sick leaves - you are supposed to declare your sickness three days prior)
