I applied through their website and I got a call within a couple days to set a time for me to come in for an interview. After one interview with a senior geologist and the owner of the company, the receptionist was told to send me a formal application to fill out, and within a couple days I received an offer. They didn't ask me much about my experience because i was straight out of college. They talked about the job I was interviewing for and asked about my field camp.
