The interview process was quite unique as it involved managers from four different divisions simultaneously. Each division introduced their projects, explained their roles, and asked questions tailored to their specific needs. While this provided a broad overview of the company’s operations, it felt slightly disorganized.
At the end of the interview, all four divisions expressed interest in hiring me, and I was asked to choose one to work with. This decision was straightforward but a bit overwhelming on the spot. The interview atmosphere was respectful and professional, and I received a job offer during the session, which made the process efficient.
However, I felt that minimal information was shared about the company and role expectations beforehand, making preparation difficult. While the managers were knowledgeable, the questions varied in relevance to the position I was applying for (Machine Learning Engineer/Data Scientist).
