      Coordinator Interview

      Dec 14, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Cincinnati, OH
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Powernet (Cincinnati, OH) in Jan 2015

      Interview

I met with the person who would become my manager. He was nice, answered all of my questions completely, and was straightforward throughout the entire process. The phone conversation was more of a description of the role to see if it would be a good fit. The first interview was with my future manager and a couple of other people in the department. The final interview was with the same manager then with a couple of other people in the company. This was beneficial for me because I got to meet numerous people in the company and get a feel for the culture.
