      Planner Interview

      Jan 23, 2026
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at PowerCo in Jun 2024

      Interview

Effective and straight to the point. 3 levels, HR being the hardest one due to many non sense behavioral and hypothetical situations. However once you manage to pass that, the hiring manager tends to keep the points direct and straightforward.
