I applied and was first contacted by the talent acquisition team for a general screening. The recruiter was so nice and informative. She went over the position and asked about my knowledge and experience pertaining to the job requirements on the description.
I was contacted about a week later about a second interview with senior staff. The second interview was short, sweet, and to the point lasting just over 30 minutes. The interviewer(s) asked detailed questions about topics and requirements for the role. This interview, although more formal, was an apparent attempt for the senior staff to create conversations to get to know me as a person and to determine how I would fit with their team and clients.
Overall, it was one of the best and most transparent interviews that I have participated in.
