Legit interview process. Not anything less than I expected, so the end product was a bit of a shock. Loved the first few months. Then hiring manager left and got new position. Learned new program for them, never got recognition. Creative director got recognition for things I found out. Higher up said I would get full time. Other higher ups had no idea of what he told me. Higher ups do NOT communicate. All will tell you different things. Very stressful. Make you change numbers for company in visuals to make them look better.
