The interview process was fairly straightforward and simple. After submitting an application, you get a phone call for a short pre-interview where they ask simple questions about the job. Afterwards, you get scheduled for an in-person, lengthier interview.

Phone screen with an HR rep - discussed background and the company. I was brought on site to meet with paralegal team manager to discuss more about my background and why I'd like to work at PLA. Afterwards, I was given a short challenge where I was tested on Microsoft Word and Excel functionalities.
