This is the type of company who likes to do 3-4 interviews for some reason. After the 2nd interview you should be smart enough to know who you want as an employee. Not telling the candidates ok were going to a 3rd interview is wild. We're not interviewing for the CIA/FBI. Also they sent the wrong interview times AM\PM times in teams so had me rushing home from my job to get prepared for my 2nd interview. My recruiter said the last employee they hired wasn't very good with no communication skills and was let go. Maybe they picked the same type, who knows.
