I applied on Indeed for the position with customer service and received a call about a week later. The manager gave a detailed description of the job as well as the history of the company and the potential growth. He mentioned that I sounded great on the phone and that he was interested in having me come in for an interview. I came in for the interview a few days later and sat with him and discussed the postion a little more in depth. And then I spoke with one of the senior customer service reps which was a very nice woman and she asked me a few questions about my previous employment and what I did. I was there about 45 minutes and I was offered the job and given the training date.

A single interview discussing qualifications and experience and discussing the direct expectations and needs for the position. The interviewers were straight forward, courteous and didn't try to make the interview uncomfortable. They were interested to know in the level of experience had with eCommerce, credit cards and ERP, and discussed recent and upcoming developments.
