I met with different individuals over the course of four days. I was asked to complete the application multiple times. Everyone was very nice and candid, which I appreciated.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Polsinelli (Kansas City, MO)
Interview
Met with Office Manager; then met with Managing Partner, then met with Practice Group Leader, then with PG Leader and Associate and listened to them discuss their law practice and what their day was like, then they had their Paralegal Jeana come in and I was able to listen to her and she advised a typical day between herself and the LAA who was leaving, and what she performed daily with all attorneys above.
