I received a return email the day after applying. We scheduled an interview, which the employer missed. After two hours of emailing, I finally received a call. They asked if I was still interested in a phone interview. I was and it went well, so we scheduled another phone interview with management. The employer missed this call as well. I heard no response for three days between calling and emailing. After the third day, we rescheduled and half of the employers called in. Following that, they wanted me on-site for a final interview. By this time it had been over a month since I had interviewed and they wanted me to come in during a vacation my wife and I had already planned. I told them I couldn't make it and they said 'thanks anyways'. After returning from vacation, they reached out and decided they were still interested. I flew out, interview, and then had two weeks to move states and start the new job.
