Phone Screen and Panel over the course of 2 weeks, depending on your location can be in person or online. Will not fly you out most likely on zoom if you are remote.

Question 1
One question they asked was why polaris at polaris alot of people really join because of the company and its vision and they want to make sure you are aligned.
It was organized, quick, and the interviews felt very casual. I genuinely enjoyed the process and the interviewers were always very nice. The internship was great as well; have nothing bad to say at all about Polaris.
Met a woman at a career fair, she gave me her card and information on how to apply and get a formal interview. I applied and followed up with her, and never heard back.
