Interview
It starts with a fast phone screening that centers on algorithms and data structure. Big O notation was quite relevant.
Second part is a discussion about system arquitecture.
Third part is a coding longer coding exercise I did over the weekend.
Finally a short interview with the CEO of the Company.

Interview
Submitted a CV online along with responses to a couple of questions - "why Pointy?" and "what is your salary expectation?". Received an email the next day inviting me to an online interview in 3 days time. Pointy returned with feedback within a day.
I was impressed by the speed at which I was processed. I was disappointed that "whiteboard" algorithm questions were asked; it's such an ineffective way of interviewing for an engineering role.
