Campus Recruiting. The first interview was a phone interview. The second round was a super day where heads of various groups interviewed you for 30 minutes at a time.
Strongly white cocky male-dominated, very female-unfriendly. Group discussion session that we are given a topic to discuss immediately for 30 minutes and there are four people observing us. The culture there is not very fun and open, and really favours the loud big guys.
