Interview
I knew several people at the agency, but after talking to them I went through a phone screen with the recruiter, then interviewed with her & the hiring manager followed by a day of interviews with panels of coworkers. I provided writing samples, some Excel testing, a few references, and we wrapped up the process within a week.
