Applied via official site. It took some time to get contacted back. Next step was phone call and afterwards got for F2F interview. Which was not hard. I did not get the job due to the visa requirements since company needed long-term visa which by that moment i did not have but hiring committee would be happy to help if i could get all my visa process done before applying next time.
