They don't provide enough details nor do they answer any of your queries. They remain suspiciously silent and don't offer proper consult. Ta emails at random times and faulty criteria of selection.
I was invited to a 30-minute induction call with multiple other candidates, where we were told about the company and the assignment. We were given 24 hours to edit the text we were sent. The call had a Q&A section and the company staff answered all the questions.
