      I interviewed at Pocket FM

      Interview

It was quite easy. The questions for R1 were just get-to-know-you questions. About your degree, qualifications, experience, the usual drill. Gave me an assignment to edit. I was very surprised with the amount of AI used, even though I knew they use it, honestly my fault. But the assignment was time-consuming and to submit it in 24 hours seemed too much. I did not go ahead with the process because I discovered the discourse around toxic culture, workload, and lay-offs. Plus, I also had a similar "toxic" experience while giving an interview. I don't want to work with people who think I owe them something.
