There are multiple steps, several rounds and a test including numeracy, literacy and attitude. There are multiple live interviews to check for the right fit, discussing general interview questions around strength and weaknesses and discussing examples when you demonstrated certain qualities.

HR Screen, Zoom with Manager, Zoom with Head of Department then waited 2 weeks for an answer. Very disappointingly, I got a form letter rejection with no personal feedback after spending 4 hours interviewing.
