Face to face interview followed by a practical assessment. I found some questions a little irrelevant and didn’t feel much engagement from the interviewers. Although they were both polite and professional. Assessment was a little nerve wracking as you are being watched doing something completely new. I left the interview feeling slightly discouraged and as if I’d made a poor impression.
