Plexxus interview questions

There was no interview. Met with the supervisor through a referral. Heard about the position through a friend. I did not go through a formal interview process as it was a contract position. The interview process would be different for Permanent full time positions. you would have to apply and go through HR

I had a phone interview with HR to quickly go over the qualification and my work experiences. The following day I was invited to come in for an in-person interview. The in-person interview was about 45 min; many of the questions were behavior-based questions.
