First, I received an email saying that my profile was a good fit. After that, I was sent a link to a questionnaire with general questions about myself, how I handle certain things, etc. Then I was invited to a video call with the manager, which was very nice. It was also kept quite general and very relaxed. After this conversation, I was sent a CSS challenge that needed to be completed within a certain timeframe. Unfortunately, my application process ended there as they decided to go with other candidates. Still, overall a good experience, even though it didn't work out.
