She mainly told me her expectations of the position and honestly did oversell it. She kept saying how their clients are great tippers etc. Pay is decent and tips are average (not bad). She showed me around the spa. It was pretty casual

The interview was all over the place and very unorganized. Very unprofessional. She did not seem to know what she was doing and was very interested in bringing people in right away with it without knowledge. Almost seemed desperate.
