Confusing but easy. I responded via Craigslist, and sent the link to my online portfolio. The owner then responded to a post on my portfolio saying he wanted to interview me. We played phone tag then eventually met at a Starbucks in Oregon City where I bought my own coffee. No difficult questions were asked and I actually I felt I knew more than the interviewer did.
