It went fairly quick with a phone interview then an in person interview. It was straight forward and to the point. The whole process was fairly simple. Soon after the interview process I was put into orientation.

Interview
Talk to hiring recruiter, take mechanical aptitude test, tour plant. Answer questions of HR, and details about yourself and experiences. After you take your drug test.
Fast and simple, talked to most the main HR.
The process was an initial phone call to answer fairly generic employment screening questions. Some leadership questions and how I'd handle different scenarios. Essentially, they're getting a basic feel for how'd you react, or make judgements.
