Interview
I spoke with a recruiter at my university's career fair. I received a call a few days later about scheduling an on campus interview. The on campus interview was pretty standard, I was asked some behavioral based questions. I then went to an on-site interview. I interviewed with an associate, in-charge, and partner. The interviews were very conversational, except the interview with the associate involved a lot of behavioral based questions.
great interview, pretty personal questions that are easy to answer. get to know and what you want to do in the future. what your experience is and etc. More of a get to know you and how you can improve over the years

Behavioral interview style interview, the interviewer was friendly and asked about past experiences from other workplaces and how you handled certain situations in the workplace. The interviewer also questioned what you know about Plante Moran as a firm.

The interview was virtual and a very easy process. The people were easy to talk to. The interview consisted of two 30 minute sessions talking to members of the Plante Moran team.
