Sat down one on one with the manager of the climbing gym. He was very warm and welcoming, as well as helpful with elucidating me as to the details of the job. The interview lasted about 30 minutes, mostly consisting of the manager asking me questions about my resume. Not very demanding at all. Did not test my climbing skills or knowledge.

Briefly met with the manager and assistant manager about job roles, dirty tasks of the job, and potential for growth. We discussed my availability and if it fit in with what they were looking for. They also wanted to know what my future looked like with the outdoor industry and discussed options for growth especially if you are willing to relocate.
