Very simple and short. They really just want to see that you can talk to people and clean. After the interview you memorize their core values and then recite them a couple days later.

How do you deal with an upset customer?
Quick and easy, didn’t take too long and asked basic questions. Got hired on the spot and did a tour of the gym. You will be tested in your gym tours when you get hired.
Apply online wait for a response. They respond via email, invite you to meet in person at the location and you pick a time. Walk in, meet with manager, interview. Pretty straight forward.

Very haphazard interview process, not very structured. Got a call which they were late to and then reorganized to go in the following day. The call from HR was the most informative part of the process
