Easy. I applied online then called the store a few days later. The manager set up the interview on the spot. I interviewed a couple days later and was offered the job right after. The manager was really nice and I felt really comfortable during the whole process. The interview itself was super laid back.

They take you to a table with a team lead and a manager and they will interview you in house and they are polite and well mannered and dont ask very hard questions

Are you able to perform janitorial duties
They ask normal questions, like tell me about yourself, what you do at your current job, and they ask very basic ans general questions. Interview is fairly easy. Having open availability helped in my case.
