Interview
It starts off with an email asking when you are available for a phone interview. If you pass, you then get another call for an in person interview. They usually give you a tour of the club if you got the job. Always ask a few questions and show some interest and you'll be sure to get it.
As far as interview questions, they have a packet with a ton of questions. So you never know which ones they will ask.
The interview process was very good. Just a couple of questions and I was off. Manager was very kind, polite and friendly during the interview. Did not expect as much from a minimum wage job.
It took almost two weeks to get a call for an interview. I had a phone interview with the general manager. I was asked a few questions before I was schedule for an interview in person.

I was asked about my availability and customer service experience.
I received a quick 15-minute phone screening followed by meeting with the area and club managers. This all happened within about 2 weeks. I’d say the process was fairly typical to other similar positions.
