A good process - challenged at times but in a good way. Would recommend doing research on the history of the business in advance. Negatives were that it felt a little rushed but was a busy time of the year

I would highly recommend applying for this professional interview process. From my personal experience, I found the entire interview to be conducted in a very friendly manner, with the interviewer being responsive to all of my questions and concerns. Interview with recruitment company. Takes you into a office space, nice buzz around office and informal. The company sugested their where two graphic design placement that where needed filled the day before. When it came to the interview there where no Graphic design posistions. I felt like there was the case where i was just another number on their books. nothing yet has come from signing up with MCR for me.
